This product is a nice 3D printed plastic and is highly customizable. You have color choices of Black, White, Red, Green, or Blue. It may not match your car 100% but is very paintable. ASA is a modified version of ABS that contains an additional acrylate component, which improves its weather adaptability and UV resistance. The shining a little light from the bottom of the door is nice. These B pillar vents light up the inside and outside when opening the door when used in conjunction with the add on Led kits. You have a choice of RED, WHITE, BLUE, PURPLE, AMBER and GREEN. Back sided tape allows the led lights to go completely around the product.
How do I wire it up? The Leds have 12" +. You can run up the B pillar and tie it into the dome light or map light. If you have a T-top car, splice into the rear courtesy lights. You can also run to the A-pillar switch underneath the door sill plate to the A-pillar switch. Most A pillar switches have 2 prongs, hop on the one and ground the other wire. Either will make the LEDS lights illuminate.
