These are lens only for 1978 Oldsmobile cutlass. They will fit 1980 but with a few modifications to the lens.
They replace 1978 GM part number #5969460 #5969459
They also replace 1980 GM part number #5935018 and #5935017. 1980 GM part number #5934302-5934301
1980* The Factory Difference: The 1980 Cutlass utilizes a distinct tail light lens and bezel profile compared to the 1979 model. If you attempt to mount part #5935017 and #5935018 directly onto a stock 1980 housing, the contours and mounting points will not line up correctly.
1980 bezel requires cutting out a center portion. It is roughly 1.5 inches from the top and 1.25 inches from the bottom. This has been modified to physically sit over the lens hump structure used on the earlier 1978–1979 tail assemblies.
