Ordered this and then installed it since mine was missing when I bought the car. The fit and finish of it is great, and the quality of the material is excellent. Further, it comes with the plastic pins to make the installation of the side baffles and the front of the large baffle a breeze. How does it work? Before I installed this, the fan came on and stayed on once the car was warmed up. On the test drive, the fan never came on at all. Huge difference in cooling. Thanks so much for a great product that works exactly like the original!
