Here is a package price on everything you need to upgrade your fuel system for the Turbo Regal or your fuel injected GBody. Keep in mind the filler neck may have to be modified for different Gbodies. During the check out please put year make & model. This will allow us to match the correct filler neck if possible.
This package includes the following:
- Gas Tank Steel Baffled (instead of plastic) with extra deep pie pan.
New steel gas tank with welded in baffles and larger pie pan. The old EFI tanks had plastic which would break loose and starve the pump. They are made from Niterne steel for the ultimate in rust resistance and include the sending unit lock with O-rings. The baffled tank is ideal for fuel injected conversions in other Gbodies due to welded-in steel baffles.
These fuel tank lock rings are the perfect fit when you need to replace your worn-out or missing fuel tank lock ring. These fuel tank lock rings are made from quality materials, so you know that they'll last.
These are manufactured from high-quality steel and will bolt into the stock position without any modifications. Eliminate the possibility of breaking those rusty OEM straps and put on a brand new set of these replacement fuel tank mounting straps.
- New Rubber Isolator for Tank Straps
New rubber tank isolators to prevent the tank vibration noise and leakage. Metal to metal with a pump vibration would cause a leak. You also get new straps to go with your fresh new tank install.
1) AVAILABLE AS ADD ON: New stainless steel sending unit. Upgraded wiring over the 30 year old technology. Will not rust and leak like OEM. Has new Lock ring and rubber O-ring for another 30 years of use.
2) AVAILABLE AS ADD ON: Upgraded fuel pump over the barely capable factory units. Fine for stock but do not hold up well for upgrades.
3) AVAILABLE AS ADD ON: New wiring for the pump. The factory had about 10.5 volts to the pump. The new wiring is poweredoff of the alternator. 13.5 Volts minimum at the pump. Increased voltage = increased Pump volume.
