This turbo has been the standard update turbo for the 84-85 turbo regal since the 90's.
It will maximize the mass flow potential of the 84-85 turbo engine that is using a factory style intake.
It uses a 360* thrust bearing, gapless exhasut side sealing ring, and is assembly balanced. Positive oil control is achieved via a carbon seal on the compressor side. This is standard for use with pull though throttle body applications.
It uses the t04e60 compressor and stage 3 T31 turbine which are housed in stock re-contoured compressor cover and exhaust housing.
It is capable of 45lbs/min in the stock 84-85 compressor cover.

fuel pump
adjustable fuel pressure regulator & gauge
Down pipe with catalytic converter delete
factory air box delete with hard mass air pipe
MAF translator and larger MAF sensor
open element air filter
free flowing cat back exhaust
adjustable waste gate actuator
methanol injection
and updated e- prom (chip).
It really comes alive with boost over 17psi on stock head and cam applications and over 13psi with ported heads and intake.
