This is our 62 MM Ported Throttle Body & plenum Combination unit for your 86-87 Turbo Regal.
The throttle shaft blade is replaced with new. New seals are installed. The Throttle Body is media blasted.
The stock 57 MM Throttle Body flow is 480 cfm on the intake test, and 398 cfm on the "blow through" test. The Ported 62mm Throttle Body will flow 541 cfm on the intake test and 464 cfm on the exhaust test. These figures were on a 62mm Throttle Body with the shaft unmodified. The Half Shaft mod will increase flow even more.
Throttle Body modifications: Includes: Disassembly, Cleaning, Bead blasting, Machine throttle body to 62mm, Bore shaft seal pockets, Bell mouth Throttle Body Entrance, Bore shaft seal pockets to accept Harwal seals, Install new Harwal shaft seals, Manufacturers custom fit polished 6061-T6 throttle plate, Modify shaft to improve flow (half shaft mod), & Chase all threads prior to reassembly

Plenum mods:Clean and bead blast inside and out, Remove EGR Boss, Machine opening to 63mm, Round over lower edge of entrance, & Blend transition from enlarged opening to rear
Have an RJC Racing Power plate under your plenum These modifications have no negative effect on the RJC Power plates air distribution.
