These original General Motors pillar moldings are exact in every way because they are made with the original GM tooling.
Replaces GM part # 20006142 RH 20006143 LH. These are one of the first trim pieces to deteriorate from the sun. They just turn to dust. They come in dark blue, or can be dyed to match your existing color for $8.00.
All A-Pillars started life out as Hard tops. They were modified & cut at the factory to T-top lengths. You will have to remove the existing T-top A-pillar to get the correct length. We use an electric cut off saw when installing on a customer's car. You can use a hack saw as well. When you examine your factory unit you can see the plastic edge is rough from where the factory cut it. Using tape on the a-pillar will eliminate this. I suggest blue masking tape that has a low adhesion rate.
