This is our 45 piece bolt kit. This under the hood restoration bolt kit has each of the bolts coated in black phosphate and matches the original
hardware.
The replacements will match perfectly. Originally designed for 81-87 Regal we found it works for a lot of other GBody's.
Each kit comes with 45 bolts in two different sizes:
20 smaller machined black phosphate screws
25 black phosphate self-tapping bolts
We have included several extra bolts in each size in case you drop any.
This kit replaces all the bolts for the following areas:
Both inner fenders to the outer fenders
Both rear hood hinge brackets
The bolts that secure the front header panel to the core support
The brackets that secure the core support to the inner fenders
The hood latch bolts
Not every Gbody is the same and we cover most of them with this kit. One kit is the way we chose to go to keep prices low. If we get more requests
then we will build it more individualized. This will increase costs slightly.
