Monte Carlo Full replacement floor pan
Oh now you did it, you pulled up your carpet! Now what are you going to do with that huge mess Put the carpet down and ignore it You can't because you know it is there and that is the worst part. Rust and oles every where. This full length replacement floor pan is designed to allow you to cut all the rust out and start fresh. Some jobs and some situations it is just easier to start fresh. This floor pan will require some minor modifications as indicated in the photo below in blue and yellow. This full stamped piece is identical thickness and stampings as the original GM units.
*PLEASE NOTE: Your A or G body cross braces, seat belt reinforcement plates, seat and console mounting brackets will need to be removed from the old floor and installed on the new one . If yours are too far gone we have replacements on our web site except for the cross braces and seat belt mounting plates. The Seat mounting brackets we carry are for bench, split bench or bucket seats. Console mounting plates available for Mini console (Buick)* or full length floor consoles.

DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED FREIGHT!!! OPEN YOUR SHIPMENT AND INSPECT FOR DAMAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING! Sheet metal goods are held to a different standard than other shipments. We have very little recourse with the carrier for damages of sheet metal that is signed for. WE MUST INSIST THAT YOU INSPECT THE CONTENTS PRIOR TO SIGNING. If there is damage, refuse the shipment and we will get a replacement out right away. Once you (or your body shop) sign for the shipment, you are committing to receive the merchandise in its shipped condition; therefore you own it at that point. While there may be some minor unseen scuffs in the EDP or insignificant damage due to freight shipping as this can happen; no sheet metal goods will be returned for minor unseen shipping damages that will be remedied by the sand/paint process. They are packaged extremely well but due to the nature of freight shipments things do happen. Please note that our sheet metal products are EDP (Electrophoretic deposition) coated. This is not a paint finish. It is a protectant which inhibits rust. This coating must be sanded off prior to prime and paint. So a few scuffs on the EDP coating does not constitute a damaged item.
