Lower A Pillar sheet metal outer Patch panels. These are used when replacing your rocker panels. You have to remove this section and your lower B-pillar patch panels in order to install our complete length new inner or outer rocker Panels.
If you have that common rust area where your lower door seal meets you can simply cut and weld what you need from this to patch it.
Your Lower mount is also welded on for your fender mount.
