This fender vent kit is a Reproduction from original GNX vents.
CNC cut using 20 and 22 gauge steel and are hand assembled.

UN-COATED so you can coat it the color you desire. Hardware not included.
This kit is as close as your going to get to the Original ASC. Includes outer louvers.
GNX Fender Vent Installation
• Cut a hole 3/4" from the fender body line, 2" from the rear fender edge measured from the upper rear corner of the vent.
• Use 3" masking tape and cover the area and then stencil an outline with the vent. Once you get the outline, color it in and double check before making the 1st cut.
• Cut slowly to prevent paint bubbling from heat.
• Use a fine file and hand file the cut edges to clean them up.
• Use a paint touch up pen to put some paint on the cut edges to seal them up.
• Take your time when doing this.
