RMA - RETURNS

RMA/Returns

As indicated on your package and as agreed to in the terms and conditions when establishing an online GBP account, all orders must be opened and inspected upon receipt and any issues reported immediately. Returns are not accepted on installed or used electronics, installed or painted items or orders outside of the 30 day return window. We cannot accept a return of an item that has been installed or modified in any way. For RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, please initiate a return request from your online order history. This will expedite the process. Orders returned beyond the 30 day return window are subject to a 35% restocking fee, upon approval by management.

If the return is within the 30 day window and due to GBP error, you will receive a return label link (valid for 24 hours) from UPS, USPS or FedEx to use along with your downloaded RMA form. Please immediately click the link to print the return label and print and complete the RMA form and include it with your returned package. Also note that returns for refunds for reasons other than GBP error, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. We will waive this restocking fee if you elect to retain the credit on file for a future purchase. Please indicate your preference on your RMA form. If no preference is indicated, we will refund your original method of payment less a 20% restocking fee. 

Please note that an order can not be cancelled once it has shipped and is in transit. For small package (ground) orders, you may refuse the shipment and it will be returned to sender. Any credit or refund will be less the original shipping fees and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Truck freight orders can not be cancelled without fees once they are in transit. Outbound shipping fees, pallet fee, as well as return shipping charges will be deducted from any credit due, as well as being subject to a 20% restocking fee. For terminal pickup truck freight orders, any storage fees imposed at the terminal will be deducted from your return credit.

To Initiate a return:

  1. Login to your GBP account
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Click on "View the orders I have made"
  4. Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and Select "Request a Return".
  5. Follow the instructions provided.
